Hello,
It is not possible for the guest to create a support ticket, however for guests we have a contact form query. Admins can easily reply to contact form queries through their admin area.

WISECP Core is not open source, whereas modules and themes are open-source. -

It is indeed true that we lack documentation for now but we are working on them. We have finished few of the documentation for developers recently and will move forward to work on client documentation.

After 30 days trial, WISECP software will show License Warning on the domain it is registered on. No functions will work until it is renewed.
However if you are an active member of our community, we can extend your trial for 30 days on request.

Yes, I already developed the payment module for it, but if I want to make it to renew automatically, I need to make it to receive notifications of payments after initial payment is received (for example after 1 month) and associate it with appropriate invoice in WiseCP system.
I started to learn PayPal gateway code, but I cant find how the recurring payments implemented, Im not sure they are implemented in this module.
Stripe is ioncube encoded, so cant learn it.

We are glad to announce that WISECP v2.0 has released, with huge updates!What's new in v2.0?
There are numerous updates in v2.0, however below we have only mentioned the significant updates.
- WClient Modern Client Panel (Users are now able to use Only Client Panel feature and built-in website can be disabled)
- Advanced Promotion System (Along with coupon, we have now introduced promotion system that allows you to offer free or premium services along with a service. e.g a free domain can now be offered along with hosting)
- WAnalytics, a built-in analytic feature which gives statistics in very detail along with live user tracking.
- Taxation, Prices can now be defined along with VAT or non-VAT. It is also re-made according to European Union tax laws. Different tax rates can now be defined for each country. Taxes are also automatically applied according to the location of an user.
- Support ticket system was re-made. Now it performs just like a live chat. Everything happening in real-time!

Hello,
It is possible to download invoice in WISECP.
Simply go to "My Invoices" and you can see a "View" button. You can then see complete invoice with all the options including downloading the invoice.
