A coupon code can be used for new purchases. You should pay attention to this situation. They said they will implement an improvement for it soon. Currently the voucher codes only work for "active" customers. This will be carried over in the time that updates can be made if unfortunately I cannot say Current. Also, coupons cannot be used to renew a service. It can only be used to purchase a new service. We have improvement notes so that coupons can be used to renew an existing service. muhammedaksam Posted December 18, 2021 Share Posted December 18, 2021 This issue still occurs. I made a fresh coupon code for testing purposes and selected service groups and products. Added a products to my test clients cart and tried to use the coupon that I just created but It's just says "You cannot use the coupon in your cart without this product group".
