[PayPal IPN Moving from WHMCS]

If I have customers with active PayPal subscriptions in WHMCS and I wanted to move over to Wisecp how would that work? Is there a way to capture and redirect those payment notifications to Wisecp or will the customer have to cancel and create a new subscription?
