    Hi @aldasa

Server grouping and the ability to create accounts based on load status on servers within the group are planned. There are many more advanced features planned for shared servers. But we cannot explain them yet. 🙂

These features will most likely be available with next major version.

Do you have a road map for development?

There is a setting to force the subscription in general, but it is not possible on a product/group basis yet.

Can you tell me where is the setting for force Paypal subscription based on product/group in Whmcs?

My apologies I was mistaken.  I've not touched option in a while and thought it was possible to set per product.   It seems you can only force subscription on or off for gateway itself.  At least in version I'm using anyway.

    Hi @ADz83

In the Whmcs system we used for testing, we saw that if the process is made only through the unsubscribe button in the admin area > order detail, the subscription is canceled on Paypal.

When the status of an order was updated to "cancel", the subscription on Paypal was still seen as active.

The feature to force paypal subscription for a product line will likely be available.

We are still working on the v2.3.1 version, although it is not certain, it could be ready in an estimated 1-2 weeks. This period may vary.

Is there any more news on 2.3.1?

We were distributing free licenses to up to 25 customers so that everyone could freely experience WISECP quality and set up their businesses at zero cost.

Too many licenses have been created for free licenses for up to 25 customers. The high quota we had predicted for this was quickly exhausted. We are very pleased with this. Thousands of people still continue to use it for free and save costs thanks to WISECP.

Although there is already a lot of demand for free licenses, in addition, there has been much more demand due to the high pricing policy of Whmcs. This situation caused our infrastructure costs to be negatively affected. We also saw that free license users could not get enough technical support. That's why we made a reassessment and had to remove the free license app for up to 25 customers. Currently, a trial license is given for 30 days.

Domain name changes are not possible for free licenses.

I see.  I totally understand.   I have a free license at the moment while I'm working on building site ready for later migration.  Can I continue to use the free license or will I be moved to a 30 day trial?

"Header" menu is for general menu titles. But the Classic theme uses "Customer Area Menu".

    Thanks.

I'm still bit confused as most of the entries in client area menu are not showing,  even those that are not set to registered client only.  For example the Affiliate program and Support menu links.  Is there settings elsewhere to hide/create/control menu entries?

Yes cancelling order doesn't cancel subscription in WHMCS.    It only cancels if you cancel an active product.

Thanks for the update on ETA.

If an order is canceled, the subscription is automatically canceled. But this feature is not available in Whmcs as you said. We tested it 2 days ago. Canceled orders are not automatic canceled in whmcs. However, you can cancel the subscription on the order from the admin area.

At WISECP, when an order is canceled, it will be automatically canceled if there is a Paypal subscription.

Additionally, if you change the prices of product packages, this will be updated on Paypal subscription.

The feature is available in WHMCS.  Your tests have not been accurate.

When a product is cancelled by a user their side WHMCS automatically cancelled the Paypal subscription for them.  We also have a button to do it manually within Admin area of WHMCS.     I can 100% conform both of these features are in WHMCS because they're used regularly.

However I am glad to see you have also included the automatic cancellation of the subscription.

Can you also confirm you will include the option to force subscription on a product group if using Paypal option?   For example a user chooses a product and chooses Paypal as payment but is forced to use Subscription option?  We need this feature within WiseCP lik we have in WHMCS.

We received lots of notifications on this matter and took immediate action. We are working on recurring payments. We can say that it is less than 1 month for ETA.

That's awesome news!    Less than 1 month is very welcome news.

Will it also have the ability to automatically cancel Paypal subscriptions upon cancelling their product in client area?   This is a feature WHMCS has which is very useful and means we don't have forgetful clients complaining that they were charged again.  We can also cancel subscriptions with click of a button.

This is possible. An external purchase link can be defined on all product packages. Please see: http://prntscr.com/11ep8tm

You can use the free license this way. No problem. 😉

    Brilliant.  Thanks, much appreciated. 🙂

Looking forward to migrating from WHMCS to WiseCP.   I hope the new subscription features don't take too long though as currently that's only thing from stopping me from purchasing and migrating to WiseCP.
