§1.0.0 ALLGEMEIN
1.0.1 › Ein freundlicher und respektvoller Umgangston wird bevorzugt.
1.0.2 › Beleidigungen, Diskriminierung anderer Nationalitäten, Religionen oder Organisationen und anderen WWW Projekten sind nicht erwünscht, werden gelöscht und verwarnt.
1.0.3 › Diskussionen und jegliche Anfragen zu illegalen Aktivitäten wie Fraud, Phishing, Phreaken, Pubstealing usw. sind nicht erwünscht, werden gelöscht und verwarnt.
1.0.4 › Jegliche Inhalte welche zu rechtsradikalen, sowie linksradikalen Angeboten, Kinderpornographie, Rassismus, etc. führen sind nicht erwünscht, werden gelöscht und verwarnt.
1.0.5 › Alle Texte dürfen nur in Deutsch oder in Englisch oder in Türkisch oder  Polnisch geschrieben werden, andere Sprachen werden nicht unterstützt und direkt gelöscht.

§2.0.0 BENUTZERACCOUNT
2.0.1 › Rassistische, beleidigende u.ä. Benutzeraccounts sind nicht erwünscht und werden gesperrt.
2.0.2 › Registrierte Accounts mit Wegwerf-Email Adressen werden kommentarlos gebannt.
2.0.3 › Es ist nicht erlaubt, den Benutzernamen als Werbung zu missbrauchen (Domain). Es folgt Account Ban oder Namensänderung.
2.0.4 › Es ist nicht erlaubt Doppel-Accounts zu registrieren mit und ohne den Status Unerwünscht*. Es folgt ausnahmslos dauerhafte Account-Sperre.
2.0.5 › Es ist nicht möglich seinen eigenen Account löschen zu lassen. Wir löschen keine Accounts und werden es nie tun.
2.0.6 › Jeder Benutzer ab der Benutzergruppe Mitglied darf in seinen Einstellungen 1x in 356 Tagen seinen Benutzeraccount-Namen ändern.
2.0.7 › Jeder Benutzer ab der Benutzergruppe Mitglied darf in seinen Einstellungen zu jederzeit seinen Benutzeraccount re und deaktivieren.

§3.0.0 FORUMINHALT
3.0.1 › Benutze stets die Suchfunktion, bevor du neue Themen und Beiträge erstellst.
3.0.2 › Aussagekräftige Themen-Titeln werden bevorzugt. Sinnlose Themen (mit und) ohne Inhalt sind nicht erwünscht, werden gelöscht und verwarnt.
3.0.3 › Offensichtlich sinnfreie Beiträge um den Beitragszähler zu erhöhen sind nicht erwünscht, werden gelöscht und verwarnt.
3.0.4 › Benutze stets die Like-Funktion. Danke-Posts sind nicht erwünscht, werden gelöscht und verwarnt.
3.0.5 › Benutze stets die Melde-Funktion um nicht mehr verfügbare Links zu melden. Reupload-Anfragen sind nicht erwünscht, werden gelöscht und verwarnt.
3.0.6 › Das (hoch) pushen von eigenen Forum-Themen ist erst nach den 48 Stunden seit dem letzten und eigenem Forumsbeitrag erlaubt.
3.0.7 › Falsche Post, die mehrfach in falsche Bereiche gepostet werden von uns verschoben sowie die Nutzer verwarnt.

§4.0.0 WERBUNG
4.0.1 › Das Abwerben von Mitgliedern in jeglicher Form ist streng verboten und wird bestraft.
4.0.2 › Werbe-Themen Spam o.ä in jeglicher Form ist überall streng verboten und wird bestraft.

§5.0.0 TEAM
5.0.1 › WISECP Team und individuelle Moderator-Anweisungen, sowie Entscheidungen sind unantastbar und müssen stets respektvoll befolgt werden.
5.0.2 › Es ist nicht erlaubt WISECP Team-Mitglieder via PN nach Support oder sonstigen forumbezogenen Downloads zu "belästigen".
5.0.3 › Es ist nicht erlaubt WISECP Team-Entscheidungen und Anweisungen öffentlich zur Debatte zu stellen, sowie WISECP Team-Mitglieder öffentlich zu kritisieren oder gar zu beleidigen. Sollte ein Problem, Missverständnis oder Konflikt mit einem der Team-Mitglieder oder ähnliches auftreten, so verhalte dich bitte korrekt und benutze umgehend die Private-Nachrichten Funktion und kontaktiere zuerst immer einen Administrator oder eine andere weiterführende Person wie Super-Moderator und Co. um das öffentliche Boardklima zu verschonen.

§6.0.0 HAFTUNG
6.0.1 › Die von unseren Benutzern erstellten Beiträge können Links zu externen Anbietern enthalten. Diese Links sind jedoch nicht direkt abrufbar und es erfolgt ein ausdrücklicher Hinweis, dass die Administration von WISECP auf diese externen Inhalte keinerlei Einfluss hat. Bitte wenden sie sich an den Anbieter des externen Inhalts um die mittels Links verknüpften externen Inhalte entfernen zu lassen.

§7.0.0 FORUMSPERREN
7.0.1 › Jedes Mitglied darf max. bis zu 4 Verwarnungen innerhalb von 30 Tagen erhalten. Je mehr Verstöße desto länger die Vergeltung der Taten.
7.0.2 › Nach der ersten Verwarnung erfolgt eine 3 tägige Forumsperre, in manchen Fällen direkt eine dauerhafte Account-Sperre.
7.0.3 › Nach der zweiten Verwarnung erfolgt eine 7 tägige Forumsperre.
7.0.4 › Nach der dritten Verwarnung erfolgt eine 14 tägige Forumsperre.
7.0.5 › Nach der vierten Verwarnung erfolgt eine permanente Account-Sperre.

Uns zu kontaktieren und die dauerhafte Account-Sperre auszudiskutieren ist immer noch der leichteste und der schnellste Weg seinen Account zurück zu bekommen weil Doppel-Accounts nicht erlaubt sind. Es stehen ausnahmslos jedem Forum-Mitglied gleiche Chancen zu, die dauerhafte Account-Sperre mit uns auszudiskutieren und mit etwas Glück diese loszuwerden.

§2.0.0 USER ACCOUNT
2.0.1 › Racist, insulting, etc. User accounts are not desired and will be blocked.
2.0.2 › Registered accounts with disposable email addresses will be banned without comment.
2.0.3 › It is not allowed to misuse the username as advertising (domain). Account ban or name change follows.
2.0.4 › It is not allowed to register double accounts with and without the status Unwanted*. Permanent account ban follows without exception.
2.0.5 › It is not possible to have your own account deleted. We don't delete accounts and never will.
2.0.6 › Every user from the user group Member may change their user account name in their settings once every 356 days.
2.0.7 › Every user from the user group Member may change and deactivate their user account at any time in their settings.

§3.0.0 FORUM CONTENT
3.0.1 › Always use the search function before creating new topics and posts.
3.0.2 › Meaningful topic titles are preferred. Pointless topics (with and) without content are not welcome, will be deleted and warned.
3.0.3 › Obviously pointless posts to increase the post counter are not desired, will be deleted and warned.
3.0.4 › Always use the Like function. Thank you posts are not welcome, will be deleted and warned.
3.0.5 › Always use the report function to report links that are no longer available. Reupload requests are not desired, will be deleted and warned.
3.0.6 › The (up) pushing of own forum topics is only allowed after 48 hours since the last and own forum post.
3.0.7 › Wrong post that has been posted multiple times in the wrong areas will be moved by us and users will be warned.

§4.0.0 ADVERTISING
4.0.1 › Poaching members in any form is strictly forbidden and will be punished.
4.0.2 › Advertising topics Spam or similar in any form is strictly forbidden everywhere and will be punished.

§5.0.0 TEAM
5.0.1 › WISECP team and individual moderator instructions and decisions are untouchable and must always be followed respectfully.
5.0.2 › It is not allowed to "harass" WISECP team members via PM for support or other forum-related downloads.
5.0.3 › It is not permitted to openly debate WISECP team decisions and instructions, nor to publicly criticize or even insult WISECP team members. If there is a problem, misunderstanding or conflict with one of the team members or something similar, please behave correctly and use the private message function immediately and always contact an administrator or another person such as moderator and co. to do this first to spare public board climate.

§6.0.0 LIABILITY
6.0.1 › The posts created by our users may contain links to external providers. However, these links cannot be called up directly and there is an explicit reference to the fact that the administration of WISECP has no influence whatsoever on this external content. Please contact the provider of the external content to have the external content linked via links removed.

§7.0.0 FORUM BLOCKING
7.0.1 › Each member may receive a maximum of 4 warnings within 30 days. The more violations, the longer the retribution of the deeds.
7.0.2 › After the first warning, there is a 3-day forum ban, in some cases a permanent account ban.
7.0.3 › After the second warning, there is a 7-day forum ban.
7.0.4 › After the third warning, there is a 14-day forum ban.
7.0.5 › After the fourth warning, there is a permanent account ban.

Contacting us and discussing the permanent account ban is still the easiest and quickest way to get your account back because duplicate accounts are not allowed. Without exception, every forum member has the same chance to discuss the permanent account ban with us and, with a bit of luck, to get rid of it.
