getting error at checkout: "An account ID and license key are required to use this service"

Hi,

I am testing if my installation is OK and everything looks fine except at checkout: I get this error message after selecting payment method and checking all Service Agreements:   "An account ID and license key are required to use this service"

• I check that my Free license was actually shown as Active
• I changed type of products (Domain name then VPS server) 

But same error appears.

Does anyone know to what Account ID or license key this message refers to?

This problem is caused by activating the Maxmind module but not defining the API information.
