Server grouping and the ability to create accounts based on load status on servers within the group are planned. There are many more advanced features planned for shared servers. But we cannot explain them yet. 🙂
These features will most likely be available with next major version.

Resellerclub seems strips last 3 digits zeros, to get rid thousand separator and keep the numbers short on their pricing tables. Real prices for IDR should be multiplied by 1.000.
As you can see above, .id domain has price of IDR 310,50 yearly. Then the correct value should be 310,50 * 1.000 = IDR 310.500 yearly.

Currently we have a problem with domain name registration module. We resell domain from Resellerclub, as its supported by WISECP. The problem is, we use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as default currency. We can integrate Resellerclub module, but we cannot set proper product pricing on WISECP (eg. IDR130 should be IDR130.000) as shown below.

If what you want to do is show zeros, go to "Admin Area > Settings > General > Advanced" and disable "Remove Zero from Amount".

Follow the path "Admin Area > Settings > Billing > Currencies" and type MXN in the search box. You can enable it later.

- Such images are located under the "/templates/website/[ThemePath]/images/" directory. The name of the footer bg image is "footerbg.png".
- Follow the path "Settings > Staff > Departments".
- To change the background colors of the pages, you need to give the body a style. If you don't get the look you want when you do this, we recommend working with a FrontEnd/CSS expert.

The "docs.wisecp.com" structure is not a standard feature that comes with WISECP software. It is a separate system specially prepared for the official website.

- You don't have to use SMS verification and sms notification features. These are optional features. In addition to the SMS option for two-factor authentication, email verification, google authenticator and microsoft authenticator options will be available soon. Currently, only two-factor authentication via SMS can be used.

If you get the CRITICAL_LICENSE_ERROR error, it means that your host cannot connect to our license servers over CURL.
We recommend that you review your server's CURL library and check that you can connect to "my.wisecp.com" via CURL.

License verifications are controlled through multiple license servers. If a server cannot be reached, verification is provided through the other license server.
