Follow the path "Settings > Staff > Departments". To change the background colors of the pages, you need to give the body a style. Hi guys, i translated the mail templates to german. I did some modifications where i thought they make sense, very basic at all. Included: Mailtemplates (html) and Subjects (json) Not included: SMS-translation (txt files) 2 or 3 files were empty, they are here empty too ("Kundenvorgänge/Überprüfung der Telefonnummer", "Rechnung/Subscription Payment Failed") You finde the "de" folder in the zip. Copy it over /templates/notifications/de Hope you may find it useful as startingpoint for your own translations. I am not responsible for any damage. And in "invoice-overdue", there is a wrong "fixed invoice number" instead a variable /admin/notifications/templates/edit?group=invoice&key=invoice-overdue "Your invoice #525 is now overdue, .. " --> replace "#525" with "#{invoice_id}" de - Mailvorlagen.zip

Hello everyone, Johnny here. I found this product about a month or so ago from the date of my post. Have been doing research on it as much as I can before making the switch over. I have been using WHMCS for many years but have been taken back when finding this product. I am by far extremely impressed and hope this product becomes the standard default in many businesses. Hopefully, they won't change like you see many of the leading brands - from making the product for people, to crushing the bottom-line! Looking forward to fully supporting WISECP!

Hi @aldasa Server grouping and the ability to create accounts based on load status on servers within the group are planned. There are many more advanced features planned for shared servers. But we cannot explain them yet. 🙂 These features will most likely be available with next major version.

License verifications are controlled through multiple license servers. If a server cannot be reached, verification is provided through the other license server.

My apologies I was mistaken. I've not touched option in a while and thought it was possible to set per product. It seems you can only force subscription on or off for gateway itself. At least in version I'm using anyway.

We were distributing free licenses to up to 25 customers so that everyone could freely experience WISECP quality and set up their businesses at zero cost. Too many licenses have been created for free licenses for up to 25 customers. The high quota we had predicted for this was quickly exhausted. We are very pleased with this. Thousands of people still continue to use it for free and save costs thanks to WISECP. Although there is already a lot of demand for free licenses, in addition, there has been much more demand due to the high pricing policy of Whmcs. This situation caused our infrastructure costs to be negatively affected. We also saw that free license users could not get enough technical support. That's why we made a reassessment and had to remove the free license app for up to 25 customers. Currently, a trial license is given for 30 days. Domain name changes are not possible for free licenses.

Hi @ADz83 In the Whmcs system we used for testing, we saw that if the process is made only through the unsubscribe button in the admin area > order detail, the subscription is canceled on Paypal. When the status of an order was updated to "cancel", the subscription on Paypal was still seen as active. The feature to force paypal subscription for a product line will likely be available. We are still working on the v2.3.1 version, although it is not certain, it could be ready in an estimated 1-2 weeks. This period may vary.
